As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the spacious room, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathtub. the centrally controlled heated system was a plus. the hotel's proximity to the subway station made commuting easy. We appreciated the helpful English-speaking staff, especially Leo and Katty, who went out of their way to assist us. Value for money was excellent, and the staff even arranged breakfast for us before the regular serving time.

The hotel offered two complementary gifts during our Easter stay which made us feel very welcome. the location was key for exploring the city, with the subway only a few minutes' walk away. the spacious rooms were an advantage we enjoyed, offering plenty of space to relax.

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or helpful. We had some issues with our payment and they were not able to assist us, and even escorted us to an ATM late at night.
